Low Carb, Fat Free, High Protein

I have just found this quark in Waitrose.  It is low in carbohydrates and sugar, fat free and very high protein at 13.4%.

Good in Budwig Muesli

It mixes really well with linseed (flax seed) oil to make lovely  smooth Budwig muesli and definitely passes the taste test.
