Essential Foods for the Budwig Diet


The Budwig diet is a special combination of natural wholefoods, carefully designed by a brilliant woman; it  needs to be adhered to closely for maximum benefit.
Supplements are not part of the Budwig diet.

There are several essential foods you need to get for the Budwig diet. Is important to follow the Budwig diet correctly, the way Dr Johanna Budwig intended, this means eating the right foods and of the right quality, which should be whenever possible fresh, and always unprocessed, without added sugar, oils or fats.

These are the foods you need to get for the Budwig Diet:

And of course fresh fruit and veg are also essential.  Putting the good things into the body is probably just as important avoiding the bad.

Tubs of quark cottage cheese are available in supermarkets.  One tub will usually provide enough for two meals or you can use a couple of quarts (2 litres) of milk to make your own.
